Set on the dreamy waterside grounds of the Dubai Creek Resort, NOÉPE restaurant welcomes patrons all day long, from daytime rays of sunshine to glimmering moonlight come nighttime. It is the place to be for an easy-going special Sundaze with free flowing drinks to enjoy.

Stepping into the courtyard transports you to a Cape-Cod inspired venue at Park Hyatt Dubai, with chic seating that extends out from the inside. Perched on the banks of the Dubai Creek, NOÉPE offers panoramic views of yachts and the city skyline.

The decor is refined and elegant, with a warm welcoming atmosphere. The light and airy feel is echoed in the interior, with white walls and wooden shutters. Tables on the breezy terrace set the scene for al fresco meals overlooking the marina, with endless views of yachts dotted on the Gulf waters.

Sundaze at NOÉPE

Sundays are a day for rest and relaxation, a concept that inspired Sundaze at NOÉPE. Set between 1 pm and 4 pm, guests can expect live music and an outdoor pergola framing the breathtaking views of the marina and Dubai skyline.

Patrons can raise a glass as our resident DJ Joy amplifies the lively atmosphere. We have a wide selection of beverages to sip as you enjoy the breathtaking vistas. The drinks are artfully crafted, making the perfect pairing with the treats that await you.

Tuck into a selection of free-flowing bites packed with Moorish flavours. You can devour a global menu of sweet and savoury indulgences over several courses. Menu favourites include Crispy Wonton Tacos with Angus beef tartare, tartlets with feta cheese, figs and aged balsamic, Shiso Leaf Tempura and tuna tartare, avocado rolls with smoked paprika hollandaise, Fried Octopus with smoked Romesco, and so much more. There are mouthwatering pastries for dessert to draw brunch to a close on a sweet note.

Sundaze at NOÉPE is offered at just AED 299 per person.

Creekside Dining at NOÉPE

NOÉPE is situated at the Park Hyatt Dubai, a luxury retreat adjacent to the Dubai Creek Golf Club. Park Hyatt Dubai is a haven of tranquillity and escapism, transporting guests to a world that seems far away from the hustle and bustle of the city despite its proximity to Downtown Dubai, DIFC, Deira and Dubai International Airport.

The cuisine is Nikkei-New England. Lookout for specialty seafood, with a selection of fresh lobster, prawns, scallops and oysters on the menu. There is also a sushi menu if you prefer. Other highlights from the menu include barbecue dishes and Parisian pastries.

There is a wide selection of beverages on offer to quench your thirst, as well as cocktails if you prefer. The cocktails are mixed by NOÉPE’s resident mixologist, Nayan. The signature drinks include:

  • The Mandarin Spritz, a zesty choice with a key ingredient symbolising good fortune
  • The Yacht Party, designed to embody the vistas from the terrace
  • Locked and Loaded, an unexpected twist for whiskey drinkers that is sure to be a talking point at the table

Every Saturday, there is a gourmet marketplace, where you can eat and shop in an easy-going atmosphere, perfect for the whole family. If you’re in the mood for a spirited evening, join us on weekends when our resident DJ takes to the decks.

We look forward to welcoming you to Sundaze at NOÉPE between 1 pm and 4 pm. You can make a day of it by enjoying all that is on offer at Dubai Creek Resort, from a game of tennis to a treatment at the majestic Amara Spa or the game at the world-famous 18-hole Championship Golf Course.
