Lunch all’italiana

Step into the flavours of Italy and elevate your midday break with a refined lunch, perfect for client meetings or a well-deserved escape from the office.

Begin with crisp calamari, lightly golden and full of flavour. For your main, choose from a selection of Italian-inspired dishes including ricotta and spinach ravioli, mussels orecchiette, roasted corn-fed baby chicken or pan seared sea bass. Finish on a sweet note with a classic tiramisu or smooth crème brûlée, served with a complimentary coffee or tea just as the Italians would enjoy it.

APERITIVO AT BOARDWALK

With a taste of Italy at golden hour, Boardwalk invites you to linger over the timeless Italian tradition of Aperitivo. Sip, savour and share as the evening begins with free-flowing drinks and a spread of classic bites, from delicate cold cuts and creamy cheeses to marinated sott’olio e sottaceti and crisp crostini.

PIZZA-MAKING FOR KIDS

A fun-filled afterschool activity where all budding little chefs get to test their pizza making skills.

Boardwalk is inviting all little chefs to make their own pizzas. Kids will be given a home-made pizza base, tomato sauce and a range of goodies to stuff on top, along with, of course, a chef’s hat – after all they need to look the part. Their creations are then cooked by the team of chefs at Boardwalk in the traditional wood-fired pizza oven, for that perfectly charred pizza crust.

Fresh toppings for little diners to choose from include chicken chorizo, veal ham, grated cheese, mushroom, tuna, peppers, cherry tomatoes, sweetcorn, mozzarella and that ever divisive extra – pineapple. What’s more, children will also get an ice cream (vanilla, chocolate or strawberry) and a soft drink or juice, as well as the pizza for just AED 75.
