1. Truffle N’ Eggs
Scrambled eggs with French black truffle, baby spinach, and Parmesan.
A standout for nearly everyone on the team. The eggs are soft, the truffle is just enough, and the portion hits the mark. It’s rich, but never heavy.

2. Lobster Benny
Poached egg, spinach, toasted English muffin, hollandaise, Keta caviar.
This one always feels special. The lobster is tender, and the hollandaise is well-balanced. The muffin holds up just right.

3. Golden Porridge
Oats with coconut milk, saffron, pistachio, cinnamon, honey, and raisins.

Baked egg with spinach, mushrooms, and béchamel, served with sourdough.
Soft, rich, and good for a slower breakfast. Some of us like it as a second order to share.

Baked Shakshuka
Eggs in tomato and bell pepper stew, with sourdough and rocket.
Plenty of flavour and a decent kick. One of the stronger vegetarian options on the menu.

Avocado Toast
Guacamole, feta, and lettuce, with optional poached egg or smoked salmon. Balanced and fresh, with crisp toast and generous topping. Feels light without being basic.

Croissant Salmon
Smoked salmon, cream cheese, dill, and red onion tucked into a warm croissant. This one's quietly popular. Light, flaky, and easy to finish.

Brasserie Classics & Sweet Plates

Breakfast Bun
Scrambled egg, veal bacon, caramelised onion, and cheese in a brioche bun. Hearty, casual, and often ordered with coffee. A staff favourite for mid-morning.

Pancakes, Waffles, Crêpes or French Toast
Pick your toppings: maple syrup, vanilla sauce, Nutella, berry compote, and more. We’ve tested them all. The pancakes and French toast are most requested, but the crêpes, especially with berries, are an underrated choice.
