Led by Argentine Chef Rodrigo Llanes, Asado Nights is an immersive homage to fire-led cooking and cultural expression. Rooted in the tradition of South American gatherings, every evening invites you into a world of open-flame mastery, brought to life through the craftsmanship of Park Hyatt’s culinary and creative worlds.

A New Chapter in Culinary and Creative Expression

Each dish reflects Chef Rodrigo’s commitment to Argentine heritage, elevated with modern technique and a precise hand. The à la carte menu journeys through grilled classics and contemporary creations: from slow-cooked Wagyu Ribeye, Picaña and Entraña, to Provoleta, Empanadas, rich seafood plates, and rustic sides infused with smoke and soul.

This year’s edition sees the experience deepen. Artist Hakim Idriss lends a bespoke visual identity to the space, designing menus, accents, and a centrepiece artwork that speaks to the fire, the earth, and the story behind every plate. The result is a dining environment where every detail, from plating to placemat, feels considered.

To complement the menu, a curated Argentinian wine pairing series will be offered on select nights. Each pairing is designed to mirror the evolution of the Asado, changing month to month for returning guests to discover something new.

Asado Nights by Chef Rodrigo is part of Park Hyatt’s global Masters of Food & Wine programme, an ongoing series spotlighting chefs, artisans and mixologists whose work reflects heritage, skill, and creativity.
