ASADO NIGHTS by Chef Rodrigo is back Chef Rodrigo Llanes is with Park Hyatt Dubai, as Chef de Cuisine. Inspired by his Southern Argentinian parents and their love and passion for the core roots and tradition of the Asado, Chef Rodrigo began his career early on, under the guidance and mentorship of 3-Michelin starred Chef – Martin Berazategui in Spain. 6 years later, Chef Rodrigo ventured to head the kitchen team at Los Avellanos Restaurant in Camtebrea and was awarded his own 1-Michelin star within 6 months. Having learnt everything about the Asado and the true meaning of eating around a table with family and friends from his father, Chef Rodrigo invites you to experience their traditional Asado in Dubai: “Los invito a unirse con migo, a esta experiencia que es un legado familiar de todos los argentinos.
