Welcome to a dazzling display of authentic Argentinian Asado live cooking and meat carving by Chef Rodrigo, who brings to Park Hyatt Dubai this dramatic social experience of a live cooking craft using just fire, grill and meat. Dine Alfresco at the terrace of Brasserie du Park and hotel piazza with Marina views, in what promises to be an exciting evening to mix and mingle over the best meat cuts served fresh off the grill.

 

ASADO NIGHTS by Chef Rodrigo is back  

Chef Rodrigo Llanes is with Park Hyatt Dubai, as Chef de Cuisine. Inspired by his Southern Argentinian parents and their love and passion for the core roots and tradition of the Asado, Chef Rodrigo began his career early on, under the guidance and mentorship of 3-Michelin starred Chef – Martin Berazategui in Spain. 6 years later, Chef Rodrigo ventured to head the kitchen team at Los Avellanos Restaurant in Camtebrea and was awarded his own 1-Michelin star within 6 months.

Having learnt everything about the Asado and the true meaning of eating around a table with family and friends from his father, Chef Rodrigo invites you to experience their traditional Asado in Dubai:
